Job Descriptions:

1. Order Picker/Packer:

   • Picking and packing electronics.
   • Repacking, sticking, sealing orders.
   • Using the hand scanner.
   • Salary: €13.27 gross/hour

2. Reach Truck Driver:

   • Driving the Reach Truck.
   • Moving pallets to assigned destinations (requires certificate and experience).
   • Salary: €13.76 gross/hour

3. Forklift Driver:

   • Driving the Forklift.
   • Moving pallets to assigned destinations (requires certificate and experience).
   • Salary: €13.76 gross/hour

Work Conditions:

• Place of Work: Tilburg
• Shifts:
  • Monday - Saturday:
    • 06:00 – 15:00
    • 07:00 – 16:00
    • 08:00 – 17:00
    • 16:00 – 01:00
  • Possibility of working in 3 shifts, including Sunday night shifts.

Additional Compensation:

• Overtime Pay:
  • Over 40 hours/week: 100% (M/Sa)
  • More than 40 hours (M/Sa): 130% > 40 h/week
  • Sunday: 150%
  • State Holidays: 200%
  • Other rates:
    • M/Sat: 100% (06:00 – 18:00)
    • M/Sat: 120% (18:00 – 00:00)
    • M/Sat: 140% (00:00 – 06:00)
    • Sunday: 150% (00:00 – end of shift)

Requirements:

• Education: Not specified
• Qualifications: Reach Truck certificate necessary (if applicable)
• Experience:
  • Order picking experience is a plus
  • Reach Truck experience is a plus
• Computer Literacy: Level 2 (on a scale from 1 to 5)
• Language Skills: English level B1 or higher (English test required before starting the job)
• Driving License: Required based on the number of drivers needed
• Other Requirements: Flexible mentality
