We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated greenhouse worker to join our team in Alphen aan den Rijn, The Netherlands. As a greenhouse worker, you will be responsible for cultivating, harvesting, and maintaining plants in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plant and transplant seedlings
• Monitor plants for growth and health
• Water plants and maintain proper irrigation systems
• Apply fertilizers and pest control measures as needed
• Harvest crops when ready
• Assist with packing and shipping of plants
• Maintain a clean and organized greenhouse environment

Requirements:

• Experience in greenhouse or horticultural work is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of plant care and growth cycles
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility with work hours, as some weekend work may be required during peak seasons
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and conditions
