Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate processing of ingredients into the dough and monitor ingredient quality
- Closely monitor the rising process to prevent failures
- Decorate bread before it enters the oven
- Clean machines and maintain a tidy production area
Requirements: We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Ability to remain calm during equipment breakdowns (major breakdowns are handled by the technical department)
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Availability for 30-38 hours per week
