Financial Administrator (Spanish speaking)
Job Description
Our client, a multinational that operates in construction, is looking for a financial administrator to join their team in Amsterdam. With 7 companies in their group, they are committed to innovation, continuous growth, and sustainability. The Financial Administrator will be responsible for all accounting and administrative tasks on behalf of the 2 entities in the Netherlands and ensuring compliance with Dutch and Spanish legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
Managing import/export documents such as customs documentation, import/export contracts, etc
Customer billing and the registration of supplier invoices
Bank reconciliation
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Preparing daily reports of the company’s treasury position
Monthly and annual closings
Preparing reports for management and tax advisors
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field
5+ years’ experience in a similar position
Fluent communication in Spanish and English (Dutch would be a plus)
Microsoft office, SAP and XRT experience
Eligible to work in the Netherlands
