My international client is seeking a skilled E-Commerce DTC Specialist to spearhead an unparalleled online shopping experience across the company’s European DTC websites. This pivotal role is integral to driving business performance while upholding the highest standards of the brand. By managing regular updates to campaign content, product categories, and promotions, you will work hand in hand with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

For this position, part of the European team of my client, they are looking for someone to be business fluent in English and at least one extra language, such as German, French, Italian or Dutch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate commercial performance through site net revenue, traffic, and average order value optimization.
• Manage promotional plans, virtual bundles, discount codes, and stock availability.
• Coordinate Perfect Product Launches and execute yearly product range planning.
• Update website content, optimize search results, and introduce new site features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless consumer journeys.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Economics, or another related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on E-Commerce/Digital Marketing experience.
• Ability to optimize customer journeys.
• Familiarity with CMS systems, knowledge and prior use of Magento is a plus
• Business fluency in English and at least one other European language (Dutch, German, French or Italian).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a great eye for detail.
• Passion for excellence, and an international mindset.
