Description of the Position: PLUS OSS is seeking temporary Warehouse Workers for various roles in their Logistics department. The available positions include Technical Cleaners, Order Pickers, Reach Truck Drivers, Expedition Workers, Outbound Controllers, Outbound Workers (Dolly's), Goods Reception Workers, and Emballage workers. The roles involve different responsibilities, including technical cleaning, order picking, driving Reach Trucks, checking outbound shipments, and preparing smaller containers.
Work Conditions:
- Location: OSS
- Shifts:
- Technical Cleaner: Monday to Friday, 7:00/8:00 – 16:00
- Expedition: Monday to Saturday, 2 shifts: 6:00-14:00 / 11:00-20:00
- Emballage: Monday to Saturday, 7:00/8:00 – 16:00
- Goods Reception Workers: Monday to Saturday, 7:00/8:00 – 16:00
- Order Picker: Monday to Friday, 7:00/8:00 – 16:00
- Outbound Workers (Expedition Work): Monday to Saturday, 2 shifts: 6:00-14:00 / 11:00-20:00
- Outbound Controller: Monday to Saturday, 2 shifts: 6:00-14:00 / 11:00-20:00
- Outbound Workers (Dolly's): Monday to Saturday, 2 shifts: 6:00-14:00 / 11:00-20:00
- ReachTruck Driver: Monday to Saturday, 2 shifts: 6:00-14:00 / 11:00-20:00
Salary (Hourly Rate):
- Above 20 years old:
- Order Picker: €12.91 gross/hour
Overtime and Additional Surpluses:
- Overtime: Possible upon client's request
- 00:00-12:00: +50%
- 12:00-00:00: +100%
- Holidays: In consultation with the coordinator
Transportation Allowances:
- Transportation to work is free.
- Bicycles provided for employees within 10 km from work.
- For those further than 10 km, the company provides car transportation (fuel/repairs/car insurance covered).
Other Employee Benefits:
- Working clothes provided by the company.
- Safety shoes with a steel toe required (employee's own or available for purchase).
- Accommodation provided in 2-person rooms.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Preferred/Required Work Experience:
- Warehouse experience is preferred.
- Similar job experience is preferred.s:
- English Level A2-B1 or Dutch Level A1-B1.
- Driving License Requirement: Yes, based on the number of drivers required.
- Other Requirements:
- Highly motivated to work.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy physical work.

I am very interested to apply for a position as a Order Picker . I am a Filipino residing in the Philippines as of writing but I can go to Ridderkerk as soon as I find a job in The Netherlands.
My educational credentials are my Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administrations that is relative to logistics and customs procedures laws and administration. I graduated college as a working student as a representative of a Customs broker that is doing the legwork and transaction in behalf of the Customs Broker. Also my relevant experiences are I am a former Trucking Coordinator for NYK Logistics, a japanese forwarder that has a branch in the Philippines performing Sourcing, Monitoring and recordings of loading and transporting cargoes from Customs premises to customers or consignee's warehouse or manufacturing plants.
My current career path is I am a Call Center Representative . I have extensive call center experience from previous accounts such as Financial specifically in Credit Card Collections for Credit One Bank and as a Senior Fraud Representative of Synchrony Bank for almost 2 years.
I also has 2 years of experience in Amazon as a Retail Customer Service Representative providing resolution to our Online Customers such as replacements and refunds, also helping our customers to have access again on their Amazon account in case they forgot their Passwords.
Now I am currently working as a Customer Success Helpdesk Agent for Cisive. Providing assistance for our client's Job Applicants to provide them a walkthrough i completing their background check and also assisting them to create a password.
