Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including entrees, main dishes, and desserts, according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet our quality standards.
- Develop new menu items, as required, to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Monitor food supplies and place orders when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work closely with management to meet financial targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
