Agricultural Worker for Flower Greenhouse

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated agricultural worker to join our team and work in our flower greenhouse. As an agricultural worker, you will play an important role in maintaining and cultivating our beautiful flower plants, ensuring that they grow healthy and strong.

Responsibilities:

• Planting, watering, and caring for a variety of flower plants in a greenhouse environment
• Monitoring plant growth and health, and making adjustments to temperature, lighting, and water as necessary
• Harvesting and packaging flowers for sale to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Assisting with general greenhouse maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, repairing equipment, and replenishing supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a greenhouse or with plants is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from superiors
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and humid environments
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and protocols
