Warehouse Worker (Order Picker, Expedition Worker, Forklift Driver)

We are currently seeking temporary employees to work in our Logistics Department at Hollander Barendrecht, a leading logistics service provider in the Netherlands.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in the storage, management, and distribution of fresh and chilled products to supermarkets throughout the country. You will be responsible for collecting and stacking supermarket products, preparing shipments for distribution, and driving forklifts and reach trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Order Picker: Collecting and stacking supermarket products using an English voice-pick system.
• Expedition Worker: Preparing shipment for distribution, including arranging and selecting order picking carts, keeping the area tidy and clean, and handling packaging materials.
• Forklift Driver/Reach Truck Driver: Driving forklifts and reach trucks, and loading/unloading trucks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certificate is required for forklift driver positions.
• Must have a flexible mentality and be willing to work in the fresh department.
• English level B1 or Dutch level A2-B1.

Salary and Benefits:

• Order Picker and Expedition Worker: €12 gross/hour.
• Forklift Driver/Reach Truck Driver: €14 gross/hour.
• Above 38 hours worked, +35% on all hours.
• Transportation to work is free.
