Order picker for Beter Bed, the Netherlands

We are looking for a motivated and flexible temporary employee to join our Logistics department as a Warehouse Worker. The position is available in both Uden and Nieuw Vennep and includes the roles of Order Picker, Reach Truck Driver, and General Warehouse Worker.

Job Duties:

• Order Picker: Packing and picking sleeping articles for the web shop
• General Warehouse Worker: Cleaning pallets and cartons, assisting where needed
• Reach Truck Driver: Operating the Reach Truck
• Other duties as assigned

Work Conditions:

• Shifts: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30
• Hourly rate from 12.20 EUR
• Overtime and temperature surcharges are possible upon request
• Transportation to work is free. If the accommodation is within 10 km from the work, bicycles will be provided. If the accommodation is further than 10 km, employees will drive to work. Driving license holders may be asked to become drivers, and fuel/reparations and car insurance will be paid by the company.
• Accommodation: 2-3 persons rooms

Requirements:

• Education: High school or higher
• Specializations/Qualifications: Certificates for Reach Truck, Forklift or EPT is a plus, and a certificate for the Reach Truck is required.
• Work Experience: Warehouse experience is preferred, and Reach Truck experience is required for the Reach Truck Driver role.
• Computer Literacy: Level 2 (not very important)
• Language Skills: English level B1 or Dutch level A2-B1
• Driving License Requirement: Yes, based on the number of drivers we have.
• Other Requirements: Flexibility, motivation, and a serious work ethic.
