Flower Collector in Agriculture Sector

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Flower Collector in the agriculture sector. The role involves collecting flowers and maintaining the farm operations in the Netherlands.

City: Venlo

Responsibilities:

• Collecting flowers from the fields according to the quality standards
• Preparing flowers for sale
• Assisting with general farm maintenance tasks
• Operating machinery and equipment to support farm operations
• Communicating with team members to ensure the smooth running of operations
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in agriculture or farm work is an advantage, but not essential
