Sales Development Representative Italy

Are you looking for a new commercial challenge in a fast growing scale-up where you can make an impact on sustainability with your every-day job?

We’re on the lookout for an Italian speaking Sales Development Representative as we gear up through Italy. We’ve been selected by Techleap’s Rise Program as a leader in tackling climate change and raised EUR 13 million to support our growth. We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team and we cannot wait to welcome you!


The challenge
We already have a great customer base in The Netherlands and we recently decided to expand to different regions in Europe. As a Sales Development Representative your challenge is to assist in increasing Sensorfact’s client base through Italy. You will be responsible for presenting our value proposition to customers via cold acquisition (cold calling) and setting up product demonstrations between the potential customers and our Account Executives.


You will:

  • Conduct customer research (prospect leads);
  • Reach out to potential high value customers via phone, email or video call;
  • Convince business owners and senior executives of our value proposition;
  • Convert leads by setting up product demonstrations with the potential customers and our Account Executives;
  • Actively invest in your sales skills and career via our training program and rapid growth path (to Junior Account Executive or Team Lead Sales Development) that we offer Sales Development Representatives.
YOUR PROFILE

This is what you bring to the table:

  • At least 6+ months of experience in a customer facing role;
  • You have a “hunter” mentality. You love the challenge of outbound sales and convincing leads of our value proposition;
  • Strong communication skills in both Italian (native level) and English (Business proficiency);
  • You value drive, intelligence and honesty and you are a coachable team player.

We do this by helping SMEs be more sustainable with our plug & play Energy/Gas/Water Management System that consists of sensors and a clear online platform. Our algorithms analyse data and detect potential energy savings, helping our customers reduce their energy bill by 5-10%.
In addition, our Predictive Maintenance solution helps customers save time on maintenance and prevent breakdown by monitoring the condition of their machines.
