For one of our clients in Amsterdam, an international scale up company within the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a Talent Development Coach with a passion for training and professional development. This role is brand new and focuses on coaching and training of approx. 50 employees.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support on employees’ personal development through coaching, guidance, and consultation
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft meaningful development plans for promotion
• Inform Team Leaders regarding the benefits of training programs and evaluate how the new skills gained are being integrated and applied into their team’s daily work
• Coach managers to build leadership capabilities and embed learning in the workplace
• Identify business needs, goals, and priorities to create and implement an effective diverse talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance

Main Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English
• Highly educated preferably in the field of HR or Business administration
• Minimum 3-4 years of prior experience in HR with a focus on Talent development, Training and Coaching
• Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast moving environment
• Outspoken, hands on, and proactive personality with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
