Logistics Worker in Freezer Environment

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Worker to join our team in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our freezer facility, which operates at a temperature of -20°C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, storing, and distributing frozen products according to established procedures and regulations
• Operating and maintaining freezer equipment, including refrigeration systems and loading docks
• Loading and unloading products from delivery trucks, checking for accuracy and quality
• Maintaining a clean and organized freezer environment, including performing routine cleaning and sanitization
• Monitoring inventory levels and alerting management to any discrepancies
• Keeping accurate records of all products and transactions
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a logistics or freezer warehouse environment
• Ability to work in extreme temperature environments, including -20°C
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
