You will be responsible for a specific market, striving to establish an excellent relationship with the business clients within it. Main Responsibilities:

• Interact with business customers to resolve outstanding payment issues
• Facilitate the collections process
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Provide exceptional customer support and ensure all due payments are processed
• Provide feedback and work closely with other teams to improve training and documentation for processes and procedures
• Escalate requests and unresolved issues when needed

Main requirements:

• Excellent fluency in Portuguese and English  is a MUST
• Affinity with numbers, advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong negotiation skills, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Prior experience in AR or AP in a B2B is a plus
• For the first six months you're available to work on-site (afterwards the role is hybrid)
