We are looking for an outgoing, autonomous and diligent person who will take ownership of apprenticeship recruitment in France together with internship recruitment all over EMEA. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on various other campus related and cross-functional projects. As part of the EMEA Future Talent Team, you will play a pivotal role in building Tesla’s future talent pipeline. In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with our first-class recruitment team which shares the common goal of building the best team for Tesla. What You’ll Do- Take ownership of Tesla's apprenticeship recruitment program in France by increasing Tesla´s visibility as an employer in the region and creating/maintaining cooperations with local schools.
- Take ownership of Tesla's internship recruitment program in EMEA and handle end-to-end intern recruitment.
- Work with hiring managers to define intern candidate profiles and internship/apprenticeship descriptions.
- Develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments in order to ensure clear communication, smooth processes and great candidate experience.
- Manage projects independently with minimal oversight.
- Define, capture and report on metrics.
- Bachelor or Master degree or the equivalent in experience.
- Experience in recruiting OR in project management, event management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French is a must.
- Open to occasional business travel.
