Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer inquiries on a daily basis by phone and email
- Processing orders, backlogs, delivery returns, and credits
- Preparing samples for distributors and trade fairs
- Cooperating with different departments
Job requirements:
- Customer service experience with order management
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and SAP as a plus
- High self-awareness with a proactive attitude
