To improve their customer service team the company is looking for a Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) with good German & additional Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) written and spoken. Detail job description

• Entering quotes and orders in SAP
• First contact with customers
• Informing the customers about the status of orders
• Handling warranty, return and credit requests
• Handling complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
• Taking care of internal requests and all other incoming requests
• Proactive order follow up

• German and (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) language skills are required (writing and verbal) and verbal skills in English
• Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics)
• General knowledge of business and work processes (supply chain)
• Relevant experience in a customer service-related environment or a business environment is highly desired
• Computer literate (advanced knowledge of MS Office)
• SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
