You are / You have:

• 1-2 years of people management experience in an international environment, preferably in customer contact centre;
• Able to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences and give / receive feedback daily and you are comfortable to facilitate presentations to a variety of audiences;
• Effective change leadership
• Experience in performance management and call monitoring;
• Proven success with building, leading, and motivating a team and demonstrated history of unwavering judgement;
• Tech savvy with a good understanding of how computers, routers, streaming devices etc work.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken as well as excellent comprehension skills, additional fluency in another language would be an added advantage;
• Open to work a flexible schedule between 7am and 11pm, 7 day work-week based on business needs.
