Spanish/Italian/French speaking Mechanical Field Engineer

A major international motor company is looking for a Spanish/Italian/French speaking Mechanical Field Service Engineer in Almere. At this position, you will be responsible for the installation, supervision, service, and troubleshooting on industrial machinery. It is important to note that this role will require a lot of travelling, as the role takes place within the European territory, alongside South and North Africa, South America, Middle East, and Russia, so being willing to travel for work is essential.

Your responsibility will include:

• Provide mechanical service expertise to clients around the world.
• Maintain great communication internally, with the suppliers, as well as customers.
• Be able to teach customers how to maintain equipment.
• Create lists of spare parts for customers to keep on-site in case of trouble.

About you:

To be a successful candidate for the role it is essential that you are a native level Spanish or Italian or French speaker, as well at fluent in English. Where you are located in the Netherlands is not so important since most of the job will require you to be on-site with customers. Are you able to provide mechanical service, such as maintaining or installing equipment, while also communicating well with customers? Then this role might just be perfect for you!

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in either Spanish/Italian/French (C2-level) and English (C1-level), both written and spoken.
• Finished Poly Technical diploma and full time availability.
• Willing to travel internationally for work.
• Past experience in a similar job within the corrugated industry is required.
• International drivers license is required.
• Being able to teach the customers how to maintain the equipment and great communication skills are necessary for the role.
