In the Netherlands almost half of the workforce works part-time
The typical workweek for Dutch people is 32 hours; males work 36 hours, and women 28 hours. However, Nu.nl reported that in 2021, men worked slightly fewer hours than women.
The age group under 25 is least likely to work full-time, and many of them are simultaneously enrolled in college or university. - ADVERTENTIE- Several industries, including retail, hotel, care, and business services—such as cleaning and security—are currently experiencing acute worker shortages in the Netherlands, where the labor market is currently overstretched.
At the end of the previous year, there were 105 open positions for every 100 people who were considered unemployed. To prevent staff shortages in the future, the government advisory group SER stated earlier this year that teachers, caregivers, and defense personnel must be encouraged to put in more time now. To help with the labor shortage across the continent, Brussels has also suggested opening up more positions to workers from outside the EU, a suggestion that the Dutch government opposes.
Currently, the unemployment rate in the Netherlands is around 3.4%.

I came to know about your job
advertisement online and I am
very interested to join your
company.I know there is a
difference between the
qualifications required for your
job and my past work
experience.But I am very willing
for any labor job. because I am
a strong person who can work
hard and dedicated.So I can
vouch for that.
Why should you choose me for
this job?
I am a strong, honest and
punctual person.
I am ready for any job and I find
it very satisfying to work long
hours even away from the
workplace.
It is my belief that a higher
service should be provided for the institution than the salary
paid.
I am an amazing team player
and it gives me great
satisfaction to meet individual
demands.
I like to be very flexible
regarding my job and its
working hours.
The reason I went abroad to
work....
In addition to my current job in
my country, I am running a
business. So I decided to go
abroad for a short time and earn
some money and invest in my

I swear to you that if you give
me a job in the company, I will
work with dedication and
honesty.
Thank you.
